How Sessions Work Each session lasts 45-60 minutes at my Providence, RI office. I also work with clients via Skype. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing that you can feel relaxed in. Most of my programs run from three to five sessions. The first session begins with a discussion of the changes you would like to make: What obstacles are you experiencing? How are you feeling when you perform now and how would you like to be feeling? In between sessions, you will have quick and easy ‘homework’ – such as a two-minute visualization you can do in any quiet spot, or listening to a recording. |
